Life Communities
 
COMMUNITY happens when we intentionally put ourselves in a place where we can fellowship, learn, serve, and reach out to others in need.

At Emmanuel we believe that Life Communities exist to help us:
  • FULFILL the Great Commandment of loving God and loving people.                                      
    • (Mt. 22:36-40)
  • OBEY the Great Commission of sharing the Gospel and making disciples.
    • (Mt. 28:18-20)
  • DISCIPLE others through teaching, praying, serving, and doing outreach together.               
    • (Acts 2:41-47)
  • CONNECT to one another in an intentional and relational way.                       
    • (1 Peter 4:9-10)
  • GROW SPIRITUALLY as we learn to hold each other accountable to being more like Jesus. 
    • (Gal 6:1; Col 1:9, 1 Peter 2:5)
  • LIVE the ONE-ANOTHERS in a positive and supportive community. 
    • (John 15:12; Rom 12:10, 16, 15:5; Eph 4:32; Col 3:13, etc.)
  • REPRODUCE ourselves in the lives of other as we multiply. 
    • (Acts 12:24-25)
